I found by disconnecting the brake lever from the bars and turning it upside down that it released some air. I also shook the hoses and calliper and managed to get more air out. they worked much better after that. I had a little incident with that bike though and managed to snap the cam chain. The bike is now in bits in my dads garage waiting for me to get a new garage door on my garage before I strip the engine to see how much damage has been done. fingers crossed I haven\'t fond too much damage then I can get her back in the road.
